About the room
We’re looking for a tidy, respectful, and social working professional in their mid-late 20s/early 30s to join our easy-going home. We’re a friendly bunch (two girls, one guy) who work full-time but love a good chat and getting active on the weekends!

🏠 The House: Modern new build, fully furnished (just bring bedroom stuff!), with plenty of storage, two shared coffee machines, and garage access.
👫 Flat Vibe: We share chores, love hanging out, but definitely respect quiet time. Bonus: We save on power with free electricity between 9 pm–12 am on weeknights!
🐈 We have one sweet 8 month old kitten Momo, so loving cats is a must!
💰 Your Room & Costs
🛌 The Room: Comfortable double bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe.
💲 Rent: $260 per week. Includes fixed bills of $30 per week (covers power, gas, fast internet, water, and supplies).

💰 Costs to Move In: $1140 (Bond + 1 week’s rent in advance). 🎯 Who We’re Looking For We are ideally seeking a working professional in their mid-late 20s or early 30s. The most important qualities for us are being really tidy and respectful. We value independence, but we’re also keen for someone who is up for socialising and looking to truly call this flat home.
