Flatmate wanted! Two rooms in a 3 bedroom Hataitai house available from 17th of August for only $225 pw! Beautiful views over Evans Bay from the spacious open plan kitchen/living room (Sunrises are especially awesome). Bus stop into the city is right outside the door, then the other direction to Kilbernie shops. Room is fully furnished with desk, bed etc.

About the roomies

You would be living with: Alan, early-30s, Irish, working in tech. Big fan of anything outdoors: running, cycling, hiking, or a dip at Hataitai beach 2 minutes walk from the house.

Landlord is really sound and always acts on our requests/issues.

Rent is $225 Pw plus bills. Singles 23+ only, accepting of anyone other than that!
