🛌 The Room: Comfortable double bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe.
💲 Rent: $260 per week. Includes fixed bills of $30 per week (covers power, gas, fast internet, water, and supplies).
🛁Bathroom shared with 2 others, but we’ve never had any issues
💰 Costs to Move In: $1140 (Bond + 1 week’s rent in advance).
