Our home is a spacious, architectural designed multi level house on Hospital hill, north facing, warm & sunny, with stunning views across the park, estuary, Ahuriri & the Bay and surrounded by mature trees in a private peaceful oasis.

Your room is large, fully furnished with queen bed, bedside tables, drawers & double wardrobe. Room for a desk if needed. Peaceful, sunny, your own private balcony and access to garden. Shared bathroom & separate toilet with one other.

Hi, I’m Michelle — a friendly, professional, and easy-going homeowner working in sustainability. I share my home with my 15-year-old son and our two friendly cats. We have a relaxed, respectful, and tidy household, and enjoy sailing, hiking, travel, and spending time outdoors. I’m looking for a considerate and reliable housemate who would enjoy a calm, comfortable, and welcoming home environment.
