Our home is a spacious, architectural designed multi level house on Hospital Hill, north facing, warm & sunny, with stunning views across the park, estuary, Ahuriri & the Bay and surrounded by mature trees in a private peaceful oasis.

Your room is large, fully furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables, drawers & large double wardrobe. Room for a desk if needed. Peaceful, sunny, your own private balcony and access to garden.

Shared bathroom & separate toilet with one other.

Hi, I’m Michelle — a friendly, professional, and easy-going homeowner working in sustainability. I share my home with my sporty 15-year-old son (50% of the time) and our two friendly cats. My daughter is away at University but will sometimes be home during holidays. We have an active, relaxed, respectful, and tidy household, and enjoy sailing, hiking, travel adventures and spending time in nature. I’m quite often away for work so you will have the house to yourself at times. I’m looking for a considerate and reliable housemate who would enjoy a calm, comfortable, and welcoming home environment.

We’ve previously had a couple from Argentina stay six months while working in Napier, which worked out really well. So we’d welcome international visitors and couples as we enjoy sharing and learning about each other countries and cultures.
