Spacious master bedroom with a private ensuite available from 18 August in Tauranga.

Rent is $400 per week for a single or $500 per week for a couple, with utilities included (power, water, gas and Wi-Fi).

The house is comfortable and tidy with shared living, kitchen and outdoor areas. There are also two dogs and a cat, so being comfortable around animals is important.

We’re looking for someone who is tidy, respectful and will treat the house like their own.

You’ll be living with a friendly, easy-going couple. We both work full-time and enjoy having a relaxed and tidy home.

We’re friendly and happy to have a chat, but also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space. We have two dogs and a cat who are part of the household, so we’d love someone who is comfortable living with pets.
