Looking for a flatmate for a beautifully renovated flat in central Napier, with a balcony overlooking the city. Ideally another young professional. You would have your own room, with a built in wardrobe and your own bathroom. Aircon, heating, washer and tumble dryer in the flat. The room is unfurnished. No parking at the building but free street parking available nearby. Some of the furniture pictured is a little different as some photos are from the old tenants, will update when I have everything sorted in the communal spaces! Gas/electric/wifi not included in the rent, no pets or smokers.

You’d be living with myself, in the 2 bedroom flat. I’m from Sheffield in the UK, I’m 26 and working full time as a doctor. I love being outside, paddle boarding, and a glass of a wine or two. I’m very sociable and looking for someone similar!
