Large master room with ensuite and balcony. Located in Orakei. We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our home in Orakei from August 28. About the flat: The room is in a very spacious high-end home in Orakei, with plenty of off street parking, back yard and expansive views.

The room: The available bedroom is spacious enough for a queen-sized bed, bedside table, and chest of drawers. It also includes a large walk in wardrobe, its own balcony with a great view, and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet and shower. The room is unfurnished.

Parking: There is off-street parking available in the driveway, or you can park for free on the street, whichever you prefer.

Location: Situated on a quiet street in Orakei, the property is secure and includes a double garage for storage.

Getting around: *close to both the Orakei shopping centre and train station

• Approximately a 6-minute drive to the CBD

Costs:

• Rent: $450 per week
• Bond: 4 weeks + 1 week rent in advance
• Bills: split between the roommates (usually about $20 - $30 a week)

You’ll be living with one couple and two single guys, all in our early 20s and working professionals. We enjoy a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, like hanging out together from time to time, but also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space.
