I have an unfurnished bedroom available in Greenmeadows (has a bed if needed), walking distance from supermarkets and parks. In a good area with a nice yard and garden. Plus some garden beds to grow veges if you have a green thumb. Would suit a working professional or student. Not suitable for couples.

Not a party house.

Room cost is $220 per week, plus $30 per week towards monthly power and internet bill (may vary depending on power use). Bond is 2 weeks rent, so total move in is $690

Living with 2 relaxed and fairly quiet males (24 and 35), and 2 very friendly dogs (so preferably no more pets).
