This flat is in an ideal location for students attending Massey University or Toi Whakaari, it is a max an 8min walk from either campus, a 100m walk to a Woolies and it is a short trip if shit gets real and you have to hit up the ER at the hospital. It also has great access to public transport with several of the main bus routes (1, 3, 4, 18 for Vic students) stopping nearby. Also the basin maccas is pretty close.

The flat is currently housing Tyla and James. Tyla is currently a design student at Massey and James works in rocks (Geology). There is a gaming station in the living room that we use to game hard but we also watch movies and play music there. Most of the window sill space is filled with James’ plants so you might have to negotiate if you’re looking for sill space. We both mostly stick to our own rooms though so there is plenty of space for you to do your own stuff.
