The house has recently been renovated and is fully double-glazed, making it warm, comfortable and energy-efficient throughout the year.

You’ll have access to a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, fibre Wi-Fi, a comfortable living area, washing machine, garage/storage space and a generous backyard.

If you enjoy gardening, you’re welcome to plant some flowers, herbs or vegetables and make use of the backyard.

The room is unfurnished, so you can set it up however you’d like.

About the roomies

A little about me – I’m an accountant in the making, currently building my career. I mostly work from the office, with a couple of days working from home each week. I’m easygoing, friendly, and enjoy a good balance between socialising and downtime. On weekends, I like catching up with friends, but I’m just as happy staying in for a movie night or sharing a pizza after a busy week. At the moment, my parents are staying with me temporarily. They’re both quiet, respectful, and genuinely welcoming people who keep to themselves while making everyone feel at home.
