It’s a very lovely home, just undergone 6 months of renovation. Everything looks fresh.

The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, will share the house with just me and my wife. You’ll have your own spacious bedroom with a view. Sunny, quiet and peaceful home, just 8 minutes walk to town. Huge living room, even bigger courtyard and garage for storage.

We are looking for someone who values cleanliness, personal space, privacy, considerate, and take part in shared chores while keeping own space neat. We have strict rules when it comes to following cleaning expectations.

We’re a couple in our 30s, both working full-time. We enjoy a peaceful home but also love winding down with the occasional drink or movie night. One of us is a chef at a Michelin-noted restaurant, so we’re big on good food. We love to share food so expect some seriously tasty home cooked meals.
