Cosy 2 bedroom bungalow with a good size, bright and sunny lounge, open plan kitchen/dining room. The bedroom measures 3.6m2 with built in wardrobe. Shared bathroom. Situated in a quiet area off Lincoln main street (shops etc at the end of the road 200m away) the house has a relatively spacious garden surrounding it, small area for a veggie garden, garage and studio for toys/storage, gym equipment if it’s your thing. Off street parking. Garden to be looked after by tenants. There’s a wee out house with laundry and more storage space. Bills (electricity and wifi) come in around $100 per month dependent on usage, less in summer marginally more in winter. No pets or smokers/vapers.

My name is Ryan, I’m 36 years old from Scotland and have been living in NZ for nearly 7 years, making the most of all the outdoor adventure pursuits the country has to offer. I’ve been in Lincoln since the end of 2025 and looking to stay long term. I rent the house and looking to fill the other room with a like minded person that can have fun conversations and socially share the living areas. I work as an engineer in Rolleston from 6am til 3pm Mon - Fri, early to bed early to rise, and given the construction of the house wouldn’t be suitable for party people. I tend to have a quiet working week routine and go off hiking, mountain biking, skiing etc at the weekends. I made good use of the veggie patch over summer and tidying the garden etc if you want to get involved then perfect! Would preferably have someone in full time employment but mature students welcome to get in touch too; ideally not looking for someone who works from home, gamers or someone who hides in their room sorry.
