The property is still a work in progress and needs some repairs. It doesn’t have much storage, and the yard is quite uneven and tends to flood when it rains. There’s no garage, but there is a medium-sized shed. The lounge and kitchen are spacious, although there isn’t cabinet space for food or much room for washing. The room you’d be staying in is just a single room, which is why the weekly board amount is lower. Food is not included. The bathroom is shared. There’s no bath, but there’s an awesome shower, and the toilet isn’t separate.
