I have a reasonably large sunny unfurnished room available-5 min walk to Waikato hospital. I’m 58 and super fussy about the house. I would require you clean up after youreself and help keep the house tidy. Talk more about this if you are keen. At times you would be alone, nice quiet space. I don’t agree with drugs. I’m renting so you would need to fill in an application with my property manager. If you have no bad history-no dramas. There’s a driveway to park in and possibly some garage space. I work in health care and have a medium dog that’s social and great company
