Come share my big, sunny home in Somerfield! ☀️ There’s a peaceful, private room furnished (if you prefer) with everything you need. The house is big- two sunny living rooms, a huge garage with a bonus art studio or music room at the back and storage if you have extra stuff. There are sheltered areas to sit in outside and a little garden 🌱 It’s a quiet, tree-lined street with parks at each end. You can walk to Moon Under Water pub, Barrington Mall and cycle to the city, the porthills or to Uni on the cycle path 🚲

I am a professional artist, and go out to work during the day at my studio. I’m looking for two adults to share the whole house. I have a nine year old who lives here part of time. She is used to having flatmates and we are both very respectful of privacy and other’s wishes. I love providing a happy, peaceful home and in the past my flatmates have stayed for 2 to 3 years! We like music, singing, art, reading, watching movies and chatting. There is a lot of artwork on the walls, a piano, a nice sound system and a smart TV with Netflix as well as everything needed for comfort. We love animals so bonus points if you bring a cat, a fish, a bird or maybe even a small dog with you! 🐈 🐠 🐦 🐶
