The room is mid-sized and can fit a double bed; desk and chair as well as some storage. It has a wardrobe that also provides quite a bit of space for your belongings! There is a heat pump outside the room that provides warmth for those chilly nights! And the property itself has 2 bathrooms; 5 bedrooms in total. (1 bedroom has been converted to a board gaming room). The house gets lots of sun; especially in the living room/kitchen area and gaming room; is a 5-10 minute walk to the bus stop; dairy and a park close by. Lots of nice little trails you can walk around. The location of the house is down a quiet cul-de-sac; there’s a nice deck and garden as well which is awesome for summer time!

There are 4 flatmates you will be living with; all in their mid to late twenties who work full time. 3 males and 1 female. There is also a cat that belongs to a couple in the flat that is an absolute sweetheart!
