About the flat It’s a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, so you’ll only be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The house has:

• 🧹 A fortnightly chores schedule to keep everything clean and tidy The location is fantastic — about a 5-minute walk to Wellington Hospital, bus stops (1, 3, 4, 18, 23, 27,32x) grocery store and gym. It’s especially lovely in summer: heaps of sun, a big backyard and plenty of space to enjoy. 🛏️ About the room The room is unfurnished and is the biggest bedroom in the house. It faces the front of the house and has:
• 🌞 A massive bay window
• 👗 Lots of storage in the built-in wardrobe
• 🛏️ Plenty of space — I currently have a queen bed in there, but it could comfortably fit something larger. 💰 Rent: $290/week 🔐 Bond: $1,000 💡 Bills are split equally at the end of each month. 🚗 There is residential parking available. The permit is around $120/year, and the property management can help you organise it when you move in

There are currently 4 people (+ you), a mix of she/her, he/him and they/them, aged between 22 and 29. Everyone has their own schedules and lives their own life, but there’s always a moment during the day when we’re all around the house — and that’s when the magic happens ✨ This house is more than just a place to sleep. We genuinely try to be friends with our flatmates and be there for each other. We ask about each other’s days, have flat dinners, occasionally have parties, celebrate birthdays, bake for the house, have movie nights and fire pits in the backyard — while, of course, respecting everyone’s time, space and wishes. So if you’re looking for a house where people actually connect and enjoy living together, rather than just sharing a kitchen and a Wi-Fi connection, you might love it here.
