The room is a good size and will easily fit a queen-size bed, with a generous built-in wardrobe. $180 per week includes bills (food not included, but you will have your own fridge space). Street parking only. There is a bus stop right outside the house, which is very handy if you don’t have transport. The house is located close to the hospital, dairy, park, 24/7 gym, and supermarket. About the home I am a female homeowner who is easy-going, happy by nature, and always up for a chat, while also respecting people’s privacy and boundaries. I have one cat, so I’m not able to have any other pets.
