It also comes with its own ensuite bathroom, so you can enjoy plenty of privacy and independence with minimal disturbance from other flatmates.

The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, desk and chair.

The house has a spacious shared living area and kitchen, as well as a new washing machine and heat-pump dryer. There is also plenty of fridge space available.

Great location – around a 2-minute walk to the No. 100 bus stop, approximately 20 minutes to the University of Canterbury, and about 10 minutes to Church Corner. Shops, supermarkets and other amenities are also nearby.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful and looking for a comfortable place to call home long-term.

About the Roomies

We are two working professionals who own and live in the house, together with one other male flatmate.

The other bedrooms are located upstairs, while the available room is the only bedroom downstairs. This gives everyone their own space and privacy, with very little disturbance between floors.

We are friendly, respectful and easy-going, and like to keep the house clean, quiet and comfortable. Everyone generally enjoys their own space, but we’re always happy to have a chat when we see each other.

We’re looking for a male flatmate who is tidy, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. This is a relaxed and peaceful home rather than a party house.
