We’ve got a room available now in our pretty amazing home at the top of Metcalfe Road, Rānui. Although given we’re right up the top overlooking Auckland, we’ve decided to rebrand our little patch as Rānui Heights 😂🌿

The house sits up high with absolutely beautiful views stretching out across Auckland. It’s a huge, modern home with four living areas, two kitchens, four bathrooms, five toilets and plenty of space, so while we’re a social household, everyone can very easily disappear into their own corner when they want to.

🛋️ Your space

Your room is in its own wing of the house, where you’ll share a separate living area and bathroom with just one other flatmate. You’ll also have full access to the rest of the house and all the shared living spaces.

💰 $350 per week, genuinely all inclusive

That covers:

• Rent • Power, gas and water • Unlimited internet • Household essentials like toilet paper and cleaning products • Home security • Shared household and calendar apps • Netflix, Neon, Prime Video, Disney+ and our other streaming services 📺

Basically, you pay your weekly rent and don’t have to worry about splitting household bills every month

A little about us

We’re a friendly, easy-going pair who are both in recovery and living clean, positive lives. We’re generally pretty quiet but keep ourselves busy, so the house is a relaxed place to come home to. We’re social, fun, and always up for a laugh or a good hangout, but we also really value our own space and respect that in others.

We’re clean, considerate and responsible, and we’re looking for someone who’s keen to become part of a comfortable, respectful home. Basically, we’re pretty easy to live with — good company when you want it, and happy to give you your own space when you don’t!
