Huge room 4.95 M long 4.3M wide ,last person had it for 7 years and had a divider between bedroom and a lounge . Freshly carpet cleaned,draper washed etc It’s the first room from the front door so great for someone ,that could have clients come to you House fully furnished Room isn’t ,but has 2 couches and a long brass rack with glass shelves, Can stay or will be removed if not required Open to person or maybe a couple. Heat pump,fast fibre unlimited wash house ,separate room for shower, 2 ,bathroom with bath. smokers ok in shed,patio or covered porch 3 minute walk 2 Farmcove shops,buses 5m,5m drive half moon bay ferries .3 supermarkets 5 m drive ,Pakuranga plaza &Howick shops 5m drive 5m walk to shore line ,area has over 30 Kms of walks cycling along the coast etc Houseat end of culta sac ,quiet street, al night council lighting lights up both sides of street ,no noisy neighbours ,Farmcove is a up market area, very little crime,nobody in street has had any issues ,I’ve been here over 7 years Patio area out side,barbeque,.etc Very large selection ,plenty of room, to chill out Looking for someone who gets on well with others, helps out with cleaning etc, pays rent on time,no alpha males ,drama queens no p or crack users Prefer long term but open to options . or message Gary
