Good sized, (4m x 3.3m) unfurnished double bedroom in a 95m^2, 3 bed house. The whole house has been fully renovated inside with new carpet, curtains, blinds etc. The Room receives morning sun and is in the shade in the afternoon. There is off-street parking which is down a private driveway and not visible from the road. The area is really quiet with good neighbours and is close to shops, and supermarkets. There is still some renovation work to be done in the Laundry and a few other bits and pieces inside the house but any disruption would be very minimal. I also have a few more bits of furniture to get for the living areas. There is a third, spare bedroom that will be flexible in its use depending on what works best for the house. It could be a TV room/study/spare bedroom. It could also be available as an exclusive second space for a housemate at an extra cost of $100 PW.

You would be sharing the house with me (Owner) and my GF currently stays around 3 nights per week. I like a quiet tidy house but im also laid back and dont expect things to be perfect all the time. Im really looking for someone that is mature, easy going and enjoys a chat now and then but is also quiet and respectful of others and the house. Prefer working professional or adult student, non smoker please.
