The house is warm, modern, and gets all-day sun, with a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area. The available room is a double room with a built-in wardrobe and can come fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, lamp, and dresser, or unfurnished if you’d prefer to bring your own furniture.

You’ll have exclusive use of the main bathroom, as we have our own ensuite. We just ask that it’s kept clean and tidy, as it’s also the bathroom guests will use when they visit.

Rent: (power/wifi included) • $250 per week for a single NB • $400 per week for a couple

You’ll be living with myself Emily (23) and my fiancé Zac (23), along with our two fur babies – Mr Bean 🐱 and Coco 🐶. We both work full-time and enjoy a relaxed lifestyle. This is definitely not a party house. We enjoy catching up in the evenings in the lounge, occasional drinks & or movie nights but it’s a quiet home where everyone respects each other’s space.

We’re looking for a single or couple (around our age in their mid to late 20’s) to join us in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Hospital Hill, Napier.
