I’m looking for someone to join my cozy flat in the hills of Khandallah which is tucked down a quiet street. The room is a spacious double room, with a heatump and single in built wardrobe. Weekly rent includes power and fibre internet. The apartment is double glazed. There is a small garage available if you require it, also free street parking. The flat is surrounded by bush and only 10 min walk to the start of Mt Kaukau walking tracks. It’s a 15 min walk to Khandallah village which has a New World supermarket, cafes, and local amenities. It’s a 5 min walk from train and bus stops with regular trains and buses. I’m getting started on the vege garden out the back garden in time for spring! The outside area is shared with the flat above, which is owned and occupied by an older lady.
