I’m looking for someone to join my cozy flat in the hills of Khandallah. The flat is tucked down a quiet street surrounded by bush and lots of bird life. The room is a spacious double room, with a heatump and single in built wardrobe. Power and fibre internet is an additional $50 per week. The apartment is double glazed. There is a small garage available if you require it, also free street parking. The flat is only 10 min walk to the start of Mt Kaukau walking tracks. It’s a 15 min walk to Khandallah village which has a New World supermarket, cafes, and local amenities. It’s a 5 min walk from train and bus stops with regular trains and buses. I’m getting started on the vege garden out the back garden in time for spring! The outside area is shared with the flat above, which is owned and occupied by an older lady.
