Hi, we are looking for someone to fill a room in Shiel Hill starting September 4th. You would be living with 3 other young professionals - 1 guy & 2 girls. The room is $185 plus $30 expenses a week. We would ideally be looking for someone in their mid to late 20s to early 30s. We are not a party flat and all work during the week but we are social and enjoy a hangout, movie or chill drink together often. The room is upstairs and you would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other. The room is spacious enough for a queen bed, desk and draws etc and can come fully furnished if you like with a bed, desk, draws etc for free, has great views and a double wardrobe. The rest of the flat is furnished, with lots of storage in the garage. Great views, plenty of ON street parking and a bus stop on either side of the road just outside. Sad to be leaving as I have loved living here but am relocating to Wellington.
