Sharing 3bd+office house in Howick with long term tenant (10+ years). in small subdivision with 4 other very similar houses on the property. I have a great relationship with the elderly landlord who has recently involved a property manager to take care of the paperwork. PLENTY of storage in underhouse garage, however my cars are stored in the garage so only 1 offstreet parking space available (sorry) Full access to the shared bathroom - I only need access to use the laundry, the shower and vanity are all yours. decent fibre, ethernet cable to the room for better internet if you have a PC, mesh wifi Kitchen and Living room furnished, with TV, home theater and consoles from all eras - just bring your bedroom and youre away! I have two cats - no more pets allowed unfortunately.

1 head tenant - 37yr old - ex. IT engineer, living with PTSD post pandemic and on the benefit. I’m a relatively clean and tidy guy who is trying to realign my life to the golf industry - just need someone to take a room and help cover costs so I can continue my recovery and try to get myself back to work. I live in the master/ensuite room and my office is in the smaller back room next to the master.
