A lovely, spacious home in a peaceful area, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The house has a warm, homely feel, with shared living spaces and a good balance of having company while still being able to have your own space.

Rooms currently available:

Master includes ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and heat pump.

• Master bedroom for a single lady: $340 (including utilities $45/person) per week
• for a couple $410 (including utilities) per week. I’m have to carry a larger portion of the rent as it is a large house and so I will need help to maintain it. So I would appreciate only those who are happy to contribute in this way.

If you can afford to, there is a large single room that you can have for your lounge, especially good for couples who would like extra space. It has been used this way before. Fitted a couch, large long desk, so used as an office also. With the TV mounted on the wall. Also had a fridge in there too.

The rooms are comfortable and bright, and the property has plenty of storage and outdoor space, with off-street parking. The rent includes reasonable use of shared facilities and household amenities.

I’m looking to create a relaxed, respectful home rather than a party house, where everyone can feel comfortable and at home. I enjoy having people around but also value everyone having their own space and privacy.

The location is convenient for shops, transport and everyday amenities, while still feeling like a peaceful place to come home to. 🌻

I’m Yvie, a friendly, easy-going person who enjoys a peaceful home and having good people around. I have four independent children and about to become a grandmother. I’m a mature lady but young at heart and get on with most age groups. I’m a Christian and my faith is important to me (you don’t have to be). I’m involved in church and community work, and I love being creative, especially crochet, writing and painting. I am Lily and almost 18 and would enjoy like minded easy going people, would love an all girl crew but the right couple would fit too. I love animals. Work part part-time at and looking forward to studying next year. We enjoy a chat and sharing a meal, but I’m also quite happy doing my own thing.
