• Large double bedroom: $280 per week
• Single bedroom: $220 per week

The rooms are comfortable and bright, and the property has plenty of storage and outdoor space, with off-street parking. The rent includes reasonable use of shared facilities and household amenities.

I’m looking to create a relaxed, respectful home rather than a party house, where everyone can feel comfortable and at home. I enjoy having people around but also value everyone having their own space and privacy.

The location is convenient for shops, transport and everyday amenities, while still feeling like a peaceful place to come home to. 🌻

I’m Yvie, a friendly, easy-going person who enjoys a peaceful home and having good people around. I have four independent children and about to become a grandmother. I’m a mature lady but young at heart and get on with most age groups. I’m a Christian and my faith is important to me. I’m involved in church and community work, and I love being creative, especially crochet and painting.

I’m currently living here on my own and am looking forward to sharing this lovely home with others. I enjoy a chat and sharing a meal, but I’m also quite happy doing my own thing. I’m hoping to find some lovely people to share the home with and make it a welcoming, happy place to live. 🌻
