The house has large shared living areas including lounge, dining, kitchen with two pantries and two fridges, two bathrooms, laundry, a large deck for summer and a garage for storage and bikes etc. The room is semi furnished with a single bed, (will easily fit a double or queen if you have your own) drawers and double built in wardrobes with morning and afternoon sun. Also have another room available early September.

Well established flat with everything you need to move straight in. We are a very mixed house with ages ranging from 20s-50s and open to everyone., easy going, friendly always up for a chat but also respectful if each other’s space. Would prefer to find long term tenants but also open to short term stays, minimum 3 months. Free on street parking 10 minutes to the city or the beach.
