About the room

The room comes furnished, with a lovely view into the backyard. The house features a large backyard, washer/dryer, and a gorgeous clawfoot bathtub in the bathroom!  Great location, 10 minutes to Newtown or 20 minutes to the CBD.

About the roomies

The four bedroom flat is currently split 2 boys/2 girls, early 30’s young working professionals. We are a social flat who enjoy watching movies together or catching up at the end of the day, but also respect each others space.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
