Larger room available 🤩 Arkles Bay, Whangaparaoa - includes all bills and some cleaning products etc. Beach down the road. Pool for those warmer summer months (or winter cold dips if thats your thing).

Room is a decent size with built in wardrobe. Will fit queen bed, bedside tables and drawers comfortably. You’ll be sharing the bathroom.

2 x current flatmates in their 30’s. 1 x male, 1 x female. Laura who has a bubbly personality and is clean, tidy, and super thoughtful. Laura works in conservation after shifting from a career in nursing. I’m in my 30’s and own the house. Love sports, bbqs, and the odd Friday drink. You’ll catch me on my motorbike or playing sport in my spare time.

Beckham is a 3 year old border collie/german shepherd who keeps an eye on the house for us during the day. Well trained and super friendly and cuddly.
