I have a double bedroom available this Sunday; You’ll living with a dad and his adult daughter.. Although, we live in the self contained sleep out and you will have the main property which is partially furnished. You just need your own bedroom furniture, linen, towels etc

You will pretty much have your own space most of the time but we all share the kitchen, living room lounge and laundry which is in the main property that is for rent

Must be a clean, tidy, respectful and quiet tenant with good references. This is not a party house

Close to Waikato Hospital, Gallagher Aquatic Centre, Urlich Shopping Centre and Glenview Shopping Centre

Rent: $340 for a Single Person Rent includes Power and Internet No Bond required just 2 Weeks advanced rent to move in
