We’re looking for a lovely flatmate to join our beautiful home in Hoon Hay 🏡
The house is fully furnished, so you’ll only need furniture for your bedroom. We’re in a great location — around 5-10 minutes from the Port Hills (and lots of other walking/biking tracks) and 15 minutes from central city.
🚗 Off-street parking available
Bond is five weeks rent in advance.
The room is a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, and you’ll share a bathroom with one other person.
You will also be living with Murph, a very cuddly springer spaniel, so you’ll need to be dog friendly 🐾
No couples or pets sorry.
About the roomies
You’ll be living with two females, aged 29 and 30. One of us works full-time and the other is studying. We both live pretty active lifestyles, and outside of work/study you’ll usually find us hiking, biking, doing yoga or grabbing a coffee.
We’re not a party flat and would love someone with a similar lifestyle who enjoys a relaxed, tidy and respectful home. We’re social and always up for a chat, movie and games night, but also value our own space and downtime.
