About the room

Decent sized room with the most comfortable queen sized bed. House very close to bus stop, convenience store, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, fish and chips and Indian restaurant. Large park also in walking distance. Woolworths, gym and other shops recently opened about 15-20min walk away or 2min drive.

Currently only one tenant, retired lady. Devout catholic, very clean and friendly.
