The available room is a furnished double bedroom located on the middle floor of the house. It comes with a queen bed, bedding, bedside table, built-in wardrobe, and its own private balcony, making it the perfect spot for a morning coffee or some fresh air after a busy day. The bathroom is located right beside the room and will primarily be yours to use, although it may occasionally be used by visiting guests.

The home is modern, warm, tidy and easy to live in, with open-plan living spaces, a contemporary kitchen and a private outdoor area. The property is a near-new townhouse in a great Harewood location, convenient to the airport, Northlands, local shops and main transport routes.

About Us: We’re a professional couple in our mid-30s (one Kiwi, one Brit).

We’re both in full-time professional roles and enjoy a clean, relaxed and respectful home environment. We’re social and always up for a chat, shared meal or the occasional catch-up, but we’re equally mindful of people’s privacy and personal space.

We also have two much-loved Springer Spaniels who are friendly, chilled and very much part of the family. Because of this, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys dogs and is comfortable living with pets.

Most weekends you’ll find us out exploring Canterbury, heading for hikes, walks, or adventures with the dogs.

Costs: Rent: $300 Bond: $600 Utilities and household bills (power, internet and other shared costs) are split between household members.
