The shared areas are fully set up and ready to use, with a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, comfortable furniture, a 55-inch Smart TV and an outdoor balcony. Appliances include a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, washing machine and clothes dryer.
Utilities, unlimited high-speed internet and fortnightly cleaning of the shared areas are provided for a fixed additional cost of $55 per week. Optional bedroom furniture is available for $15 per week.
A café, dairy and takeaway shops are directly across the road. Royal Oak and Onehunga shopping areas are only minutes away, with convenient public transport and access to major routes.

Kurt and Amy are New Zealanders who recently returned after several years overseas. Kurt is a UPS engineer based in Penrose, while Amy is a recruitment advisor in Wiri. They enjoy travelling, hiking, the gym and catching up over dinner or drinks.
