Room Available in the Heart of Island Bay

A furnished room will be available in the heart of Island Bay from the end of September, $250/week (bills not included). You’d be sharing the house with two working professionals, female 31 and male 38. We’re looking for someone who’s keen to stay long term and become part of the household. We’re a social house (but definitely not a party house! ). We enjoy doing things together and having a chat, while also respecting each other’s privacy, downtime and space. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, tidy and easy-going, and who enjoys a relaxed and welcoming home environment. The house is just a short walk from Island Bay’s main street, with a grocery store and other amenities nearby, and around a 10-minute walk to the beach.
