Newly renovated, sunny home, with a nice outdoor area with deck and garden which is fully fenced. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, plus another separate toilet. Spacious kitchen and living area. Plenty of parking available.

Very central location, walking distance to shops, school, gym, swimming pool, and park areas near by.
