Just a short walk to Hastings CBD. The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 living areas & 2 bathrooms, with off street parking available. Has a heatpump, HRV, solar panels & doubleglazed. Very quiet, safe & tidy street with lovely neighbours. Is unfurnished however a mattress only and drawers are available if needed.

About the roomies

You will be sharing with 1 other full-time professional mature female. Spare room available for family or friends coming to visit. I’m very relaxed and easy going. Work 9 to 5 Mon to Friday and enjoy just relaxing at home in the weekends.
