Two private rooms available in a 3-bedroom cottage in Carey’s Bay. One room is furnished.

Short-term rental: suit someone looking for accommodation within this timeframe: October to early December.

Main bedroom: $250 pw Second bedroom: $120 pw Special short-term prices. The main bedroom will be rented first, and the second bedroom will only be offered for rent once the main bedroom has been secured.

About the cottage: The house is in a peaceful, family-friendly neighbourhood while still being close to Port Chalmers. Carey’s Bay is a short bike ride or drive to central Dunedin. Bus service and services close by.

  • 3-bedroom cottage, with two bedrooms becoming available in early September

  • Utilities are additional.

  • Furnished communal areas

  • Good quality electric heating in the lounge and bedrooms.

  • Main bedroom has new double bed and bed base.

  • Off-street parking directly outside the cottage
