I have two rooms available in my home in Napier South from 1 October. The house will be fully furnished, with the bedrooms unfurnished so you can make the space your own.

The House A tidy, relaxed home with a social but respectful vibe. I’m 21, work full-time and study part-time, and am looking for flatmates around a similar stage of life who are working or studying full-time.

I’d love people who are friendly and keen to have a chat or hang out, but also respect each other’s space. Looking for people who are clean, considerate and happy to help keep the shared spaces tidy.

The Rooms Two rooms available, both unfurnished, however one room has built in drawers. The rest of the house will be furnished and set up ready to go.

Hey! I’m Sage, I’m 21 and have just purchased my first home! I work full-time Monday to Friday, study part-time and also work casual hours at a gym on the side. I’m pretty active and spend a lot of my spare time at the gym, going for walks or runs, and catching up with friends. I love travelling, going out for food and drinks, but equally enjoy a chill night at home. I’m friendly and social but also really value having my own space, so I’d love to find flatmates who are similar — people I can get along with, have a laugh and hang out with, while still being able to do our own thing.
