Close to all the South Dunedin shops and bus routes. For those who hate hills you’ll like the place is on the flat. No private parking on site, street parking available.

I’m after someone who wants a long-term home. Current lease goes until February 2018 with the option to renew. Move in cost is $1160 bond with a week in advance of $290. You’ll need to be vetted by the property manager.
