The house is sunny and spacious, with two large bedrooms to choose from, lovely deck and backyard, main bathroom + second toilet. Rooms are both unfurnished.

On-Street parking and close to Normanby/St Clair bus stop.

It’s in a really handy flat part of South Dunedin, close to supermarkets, KMART, the warehouse and local shops.

A cat or small-medium dog is allowed.

Rent is $1,160 bond + one week’s rent. Available now, with property manager vetting required. Bond will be $580 per person if there are two people and weekly rent will decrease further.

I’m hoping to find someone friendly, respectful and considerate, who is looking for a stable long-term place rather than a short-term stopover. Current lease goes until February 2018 with the option to renew.
