I have a room available in my home in Faringdon, Rolleston. I’m ideally looking for someone in their mid-20s to mid-30s who is clean, tidy, respectful and has their own routine. You’d be living with two females in their late 20’s and early 30’s

This would be a particularly good setup for someone with a busy schedule, regular travel or work that takes them away from home.

If you are someone who is looking for a home base outside of work/travel, I’m happy to be flexible with the rent arrangements depending on your circumstances. Allowing you have a comfortable home base without paying the full amount while you’re away.
