My flatmate (40m) and I (22f) are looking for someone to occupy our currently vacant room located in Frankton, Hamilton. Rent will be $195/pw which includes power, utilities and wifi. 2 weeks advanced required upfront but no bond is required.

The room will come semi-furnished with a desk and chair, 1 bedside cabinet, 4 drawer dresser and shelf unit. There is a TV Ariel in the room aswell. Best bed fit would be a Single or King Single. Could fit a double but there would be less room to walk around, still could work with a bit of arranging. Please note there is no clothes hanging space but a corner shelf wardrobe.

We want someone who keeps things clean and tidy, who’s quiet and brings zero drama to the flat. Not a party place. It’s a small apartment so respect for others is paramount. Will have to LGBTQ friendly. No Drugs or cigarette smokers.

This is a perfect place for a work professional or someone who studies.

Note: If you are wanting a bed and bedding supplied we can do that for you but weekly rent will increase to $220/pw instead of the $195/pw.

About my flatmate and I, we are two chill, down-to-earth, reasonably introverted flatmates. Andrew (40M) enjoys watching TV shows. Myself, (22F) is a Gamer. One of us are LGBTQ, so you have to be LGBTQ Friendly!
