Kia ora! We are a cosy three bedroom flat within walking distance to Ara, the city centre, and several supermarkets. There is a bus stop right outside, and UC is about a 25 minute bike ride.
The room is spacious (3.1x3.7m) and warm, and has a large north-facing window as well as a sizeable wardrobe. The room includes a desk and chair but no other furnishings.
The rest of the house is well-furnished and homely including a large open-plan living area and kitchen, garage for storage, and sunny backyard patio.
