The room comes with a queen bed, chair, built in wardrobe, and ample storage, you just have to bring your own bedding. House is fully furnished too - it is owned by me, but definitely run more like a flat, because it would be your home too!

The living spaces are nice and sunny during the day, and it is a fully double glazed home, with a ventilation system and heat pump. There is also a garden shed and laundry for storage & a green house if you want to start a vege garden. It’s a 10 min drive to CBD/5mins to Uni with the bus stop a 5 minute walk down the road.

You would be living upstairs with me. I am studying full time at UoO (neuroscience and psyc) and part time working. Downstairs is self contained, so Joe, the other flatmate living down there is almost never upstairs - unless we have a board games night! He works full time as a software dev. We both snowboard, and gym along with various other outdoor hobbies. We both also love a yarn and have been in this house for about 2 years now, and are loving it!
