We are located in Lincoln, 5 min walk from New World, 10 min walk to Lincoln Uni. Off-street parking is available if the driveway is full; the neighbourhood is reasonably quiet. The house is a four-bedroom house with a good-sized backyard. The available room is a double-sized room with a built-in wardrobe, and it can fit a queen bed and a desk. The room will come unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished. We need someone to fill the room until our lease ends at the start of Feb 2027. The photos are of the house empty before we moved in. Rent is $180 per week, power and wifi is split evenly monthly. Wifi is set amount each month and power is just divided evenly per month. Flat bills such as shared cleaning products ect are split evenly when we are in need of them

Posting this on behalf of our flatmate who is moving out. You will be living with 4 girls aged 20-23, two of them study and two work full-time. Two of us love sport; we both play Rugby and love to get out in nature for a walk/Run and go to the gym. We are a quiet but social household; we often play cards or watch a movie together. On the odd occasion, we will have a few quiet drinks and invite some friends over. We are busy Girls outside of our jobs and studies, with casual jobs and other commitments, but we love to find some time to just unwind and relax.
