About the room

A single room in a cozy house, in the quiet neighbourhood close to the lake and a short distance to the Hospital. Room is 200$. Bills are split monthly, plus 10$ per month for lawn maintenance. The room is partially furnished with drawers. Can come unfurnished completely. Large kitchen, spacious living room, big garden and a good vibe! Available mid October.

3 professionals (2M, 1F) in their 30s. Responsible, respectful and collaboratively look after the house. Looking for someone with similar values towards the house. We are not the wild party house, but occasionally host social gatherings. We mostly do our own things but also down for a good chat.
