The property is a modern, newly built two-level townhouse in a quiet central New Plymouth location, within close walking distance to Pukekura Park, the foreshore, and CBD.

The room is a good size with a large wardrobe and is currently unfurnished, although providing a bed can be arranged. The rest of the home is comfortably furnished. There is on-street parking and secure storage available for a bike.

About the roomies

You’ll be sharing with me — I’m in my 50s, easy-going and friendly. Am self-employed in the creative industry, so I usually work from home. I enjoy a tidy, peaceful and welcoming home and am looking for someone who appreciates the same. I enjoy a relaxed home where we can have a chat and enjoy each other’s company, while also having our own space.

Ideally, I’m looking for an easy-going and considerate woman in her 30s–50s who is clean and tidy and looking for a comfortable place to call home.
