Main bedroom available, overlooking small garden. Light and sunny, quiet, with good wardrobe space. New bed in place if wanted and you can add a desk or whatever fits comfortably or it can be unfurnished.

A later start date is an option, depending on the situation.

This will suit someone looking for a place to feel comfortable in a quiet environment. No loud stuff or pets. (The owner loves animals but not here unfortunately). Must be independent and responsible.

Commute into Wellington or be local. Ten minute walk to Levin shops, supermarkets and facilities. Bills to be worked out based on reasonable and fair usage. Lounge heatpump, gas hot water and cooking.

Parking is available in the street if you have a vehicle.

Sharing with early 70’s woman who is active, out and about and leaving you to do your own thing. You can be any age. Young, old or in between! If you’re new to town, (or New Zealand) I’ll help you to get your bearings and settle in, if wanted.

Happy to share occasional meals or not. Into cooking and often “experiment” with new recipe ideas and multicultural foods.
