Tidy clean warm house on rural lifestyle property. Single man owner living in house alone, so would like some company with someone who better matches his introvert, quiet lifestyle. Shared bathroom and laundry, kitchen, lounge. There is a choice of two bedrooms both set up the same fully furnished in the bedroom with queen bed, drawers, TV with netflix, etc.

About the roomies

63yr man owns the place, is a bit of an introvert person, with small dog. Plays 12 string guitar and sings so this is the only noise that may be made by owner. Keeps to himself but misses company, but does not want someone who is noisy, or has a lot of people around, and probably likes to keep to herself like he does, but be friendly and join in with chats, maybe playing cards or games nights, etc..
